Spaces

We offer two large spaces, which have been used in the past for theatre rehearsal, commercial photography, fashion shows, music festival and multimedia performance. We offer on-site parking, a maintenance crew and friendly responsive on-site management. Both spaces have sufficient mains power to meet the requirements of staging large events.

The Blending Shed

This is a 5000 sq ft multipurpose space. It features a facilities cabin including kitchen, changing rooms, toilets and shower. The space is fully provided with smoke detectors, security lighting and fire exits. Access to the space is via roller shutter which means its big enough to bring in oversized equipment. Bookable daily, weekly or monthly, events by negotiation. Parking spaces available.

Warehouse

This is an 8000 sq ft space ideal for large live music events, such as Afterparty. Also suitable for art installations and festivals. There is an on-site events specialist available for rigging lighting and sound support. We can help arrange event specific licensing and bar and security can be provided by arrangement too.
