We have a range of offices spaces which have been created to retain the traditional character of the building while providing modern infrastructure. We always provide maximum flexibility for our business residents, and have tried to create unobstructed spaces that are suitable for a range of different uses.

If your business has specific requirements, we have the capability to customise our spaces to your needs. One of our tenants, Orange Box provides a range of solutions for sectioning and segmenting existing office spaces, including modular meeting rooms, individual workspaces and office furniture.

BASE Space

Ideal if you're just starting up and want to share a lot of space with other nice creative businesses. You get a desk in a very large space, with a seperate professional meeting area and chill out zone. Free Internet connectivity is provided and you have unlimited access to the space even in the wee hours of the morning.

The Mill is situated a few minutes from the town centre, and the seperate meeting space will allow you to have private meetings with clients.

BASE was previously used by the Digital Research Unit @ the University of Huddersfied and is now open to new residents.
